Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VELO website and services (the "Service"), operated by Equidigi Solutions INC, Mississauga, ON L4T 2C5, Canada ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What we do

VELO helps US residents compare residential internet plans and submit order requests. We are an independent reseller and referral service. Internet service itself is provided by the third-party provider you choose, under that provider's own terms, policies and customer agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to order service at the address you submit.

3. Plan information

Plan names, speeds and prices reflect providers' publicly advertised offers at the date shown and may change without notice. Speeds are "up to" speeds and actual speeds vary. Prices may require autopay or paperless billing and exclude taxes, fees, equipment and installation charges unless stated. Coverage shown by ZIP code is an estimate; availability is confirmed only by the provider.

4. Orders

Submitting an order form is a request, not a binding contract for service. We will contact you to verify details and availability, then place or refer the order with the provider. Your service contract is formed only with the provider once they accept your order. We may decline or cancel any request, for example where information is incomplete or service is unavailable.

5. Billing and service issues

Unless we tell you otherwise in writing, the provider bills you directly and handles installation, equipment, outages, technical support, cancellations and refunds. We will help escalate issues related to orders placed through us where we reasonably can.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not submit false information or orders on behalf of others without authorization.
• Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the Service.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

The Service's design and content belong to Equidigi Solutions INC. Provider names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify their services; their use does not imply endorsement.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy of plan information, availability, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Equidigi Solutions INC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any act or omission of a provider. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to US $100.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting any non-waivable consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your US state of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows the latest version; continued use means you accept it.
